World Gin Day Flight Special

Eve’s Gin & Tonic (with a twist)
- 2 oz Eve’s Original Gin
- Several dashes bitters
- Served in highball glass filled with ice, top with tonic, garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
Eve’s Barrel-Aged Gin Sour
- 2 oz Eve’s Envy Barrel Aged Gin
- Splash of Vermouth
- 2 dashes bitter
- ¾ oz lime elixir
- Serve on the rocks in a lowball glass (stir with spoon)
Eve’s Strawberry Smash
- Muddle 1 strawberry in the bottom of shaker cup
- Add 1 ½ oz Eve’s Original Gin, ½ oz elderflower liqueur, ½ lime elixir and shake with ice
- Strain into large martini glass, top with soda water
